Senior Software Engineer (2025 — Present)

  • Rebuilt authentication for a multi-tenant SaaS platform, replacing home-rolled session auth with the company's central identity provider: corporate SSO, MFA, email verification, session expiry, and an audited impersonation system that retired a long-standing set of employee master passwords. Reconciled every user and company into the central store across platforms that shared no common identifier. Read the case study →
  • Saw rubber-stamp approvals and multi-day review waits, and rebuilt the team's code review process on my own initiative. Reviewer rotation replaced all-hands assignment, assignment now fires an automatic notification, and the team authored its own review standards. Reviews are now consistent and substantive, and design review happens ahead of implementation.
  • Frontend builds took 60+ seconds, even incremental ones, on a critical dependency that had been abandoned. It had never been raised as a problem, and the team just quietly worked around it. Overhauled the pipeline in my first months at the company: a ~30K LOC migration that replaced the dependency and cut builds to ~6 seconds. Won a company-wide "Dev-Ex" award.
